Job Description

About Us

We’re building a business identity platform enabling seamless and real-time onboarding. Our products create trust for financial service providers (our customers) to seamlessly verify, onboard, and monitor businesses (their clients).

We’re backed by top-tier investors and led by founders and operators from Revolut, Meta, SumUp, and Square. Our infrastructure already powers mission-critical workflows for some of the largest fintechs, banks, and payment firms across Europe.

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially strategic, and operationally-minded Chief of Staff (GTM-focused) to drive mission-critical projects and GTM execution across the business, alongside the CEO.

Position Overview

As Chief of Staff, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with the CEO to scale our business and build a revenue engine that drives meaningful outcomes for our clients.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll tackle mission-critical projects across GTM, strategy, fundraising, and operational excellence, while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations. No two weeks will look the same.

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic GTM thinking with ruthless execution. You know how to sell complex products, navigate enterprise sales cycles, and build repeatable commercial motions. From the first outreach to expansion and upsell, you’ll help define the playbook for how business identity data is adopted at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a sparring partner to the CEO on high-priority strategic and commercial initiatives
  • Lead GTM strategy for core products, including segmentation, positioning, and channel development
  • Own the sales funnel end-to-end, from outbound and pipeline generation to deal negotiation, closing, and up-/cross-selling
  • Develop scalable sales processes that support predictable growth and reduce friction in during the implementation and go-live
  • Create commercial assets and narratives that resonate with customers, and surface insights to influence product development
  • Continuously iterate on pricing, packaging, and positioning based on market feedback
  • Drive preparation and follow-up for board meetings, investor updates, leadership meetings, and KPI reviews
  • Manage cross-functional projects in parallel that require rapid context-switching and tight execution
  • Own internal communications, such as team updates, company-wide planning, and weekly operating rhythms
  • Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. MBB consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups)
  • Track record of being a top performer in several different areas, including driving commercial or GTM initiatives
  • Commercially minded with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence clients and investors
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and customer-centric selling
  • Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy wearing multiple hats
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
  • STEM or other highly analytical degree from a globally recognized university

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary package (including equity)
  • Private health insurance
  • Standard benefits
  • 25 vacation days
  • Sick days and compassionate leave as needed
