The platform launches with substantial committed seed capital already in place, investing into stabilised assets, with a clear mandate to scale materially over the next two to three years.
Banking relationships are advanced and the investment leadership is in place.
The role
stand up the finance, reporting and control infrastructure ahead of listing, own the capital structure and lender relationships, and front institutional investors and banking partners alongside the CEO and CIO.
