About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant & Private Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive executive and personal support to our CEO. As the CEO's right-hand person, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring they have the support they need to keep the wheels of our company in motion.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out a wide range of tasks including administrative, legal, and accounting related work.
  • Follow up with teams on work progress, evaluate outcomes and report back to the CEO.
  • Assist the CEO in making decisions, designing and introducing new internal processes and procedures, and in researching and selecting services.
  • Conduct online research and draft insightful reports, keeping the CEO informed with the latest knowledge on certain topics.
  • Assist with various project management tasks.
  • Manage the CEO's busy schedule, ensuring they are on top of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Assist the CEO with personal errands, ensuring their day runs smoothly.
  • Manage food and other household supplies.
  • Arrange for a cook to prepare meals once a day.
  • Ensure that household help is scheduled and that work is done on time.

  • A Bachelor's degree in any subject.
