Job Description
We're seeking highly motivated Recruiters to help us source and place top 1% talent at leading global startups and enterprises. You will work on a commission-only model, earning $5,000–$25,000 per successful placement.
What You’ll Do:
- Source high-caliber candidates across tech, sales, product, or executive functions
- Engage and qualify top talent
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
