Lead Stealth Labs' business development, sales, and partnership activity - building and converting the pipeline that drives the company's growth. This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll own how we find, pursue, and win work across government and defence, and you'll help shape company strategy with what you learn from the market.
What you'd be doing:
- Own end-to-end business development - identifying, pursuing, and closing new client opportunities across government and defence sectors
- Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, partners, and framework/consortium contacts
- Lead on bid strategy and support proposal development for tenders and EOIs
- Develop and nurture partnerships - e.g. prime contractors and framework partners
- Represent Stealth Labs at client meetings, industry events, and in trade/press engagement where relevant
- Feed market and client intelligence back into company strategy
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure sold work is deliverable and margins are protected
What we're looking for:
- A proven business development track record - identifying, pursuing, and closing new business, ideally in government, defence, or public sector
- Strong relationship-building with clients, partners, and framework/consortium contacts
- Bid and proposal experience - shaping bid strategy and supporting tenders and EOIs
- Commercial judgement - a feel for pipeline, qualification, and protecting margins alongside delivery
- Clear communication - credible in the room with senior stakeholders, and joined up with our delivery and leadership teams

- New client and partner relationships that convert into signed, deliverable work
