Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Engineer to support and optimise an existing enterprise Zscaler deployment (ZIA/ZPA). This role will focus on reviewing the current implementation, maintaining day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring secure and reliable user/application access across the organisation. The successful consultant will work closely with Network and IDAM teams to maintain secure, aligned, and high-performing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Zscaler Operations Support
- Review and document existing Zscaler architecture, including traffic flows, authentication methods, and integrations
- Manage day-to-day ZIA/ZPA operations:
- Policy management
- Log monitoring
- User/device onboarding support
- Troubleshoot issues relating to:
- Connectivity
- Authentication failures
- Zscaler Client Connector
