How to prepare for a job interview at Stealth iT Consulting

✨Know Your Tools Inside Out

Make sure you're well-versed in the design tools mentioned in the job description, especially Figma. Brush up on your skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript too, as you'll likely need to demonstrate your ability to create dynamic prototypes during the interview.

✨Showcase Your User-Centred Design Process

Be prepared to discuss your approach to user-centred design. Bring examples of past projects where you’ve taken a concept through to final delivery, highlighting how you gathered user feedback and iterated on your designs based on that input.

✨Prepare for Evidence-Based Justifications

During the interview, you’ll need to justify your design decisions. Practice articulating your thought process and the evidence behind your choices. This could include user research, testing results, or industry best practices.

✨Familiarise Yourself with GDS Standards

While experience with the GDS Prototyping Toolkit isn't mandatory, having a basic understanding of GDS standards can set you apart. Do some research on their principles and be ready to discuss how they might influence your design work.
