We are urgently seeking 2 User Researchers to join a major digital transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Details:

  • £500 per day (Inside IR35)
  • 6-month initial contract
  • Remote working
  • Occasional travel to Newcastle (2 days per month)
  • Immediate start

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct user research activities
  • Gather and analyse user needs, behaviours, and feedback
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary agile teams
  • Support the delivery of user-centred digital services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a User Researcher
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
  • Experience with interviews, usability testing, workshops, and surveys
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Previous experience in agile environments
