We are looking for an experienced User Researcher to join a government digital delivery team. You will plan, conduct, and analyse user research to ensure services are built around real user needs and meet the GDS Service Standard. Working closely with designers, product teams, and policy colleagues, you will help shape services that are simple, accessible, and effective for all users.
