The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a renowned Digital Consultancy that delivers cutting-edge solutions across Government, Financial Services, Retail and Energy sectors. As they continue to scale, they’re seeking a User Experience Designer to join their growing team of experts.
You’ll work on high-impact, user-first digital transformation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to craft elegant, intuitive digital experiences. While the role is remote-first, occasional client visits (typically 1–2 times per month) to sites in London, Manchester, or Glasgow may be required.
What You’ll Bring
- SC Clearance Eligibility – This is essential for project work.
- A strong foundation in user-centred design, from discovery to delivery
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma (must-have), plus bonus points for Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, InVision
- Confidence presenting design decisions with a compelling, evidence-based rationale
- Proven ability to engage clients and manage stakeholders effectively
- Experience with rapid prototyping, both paper and digital
