About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a major transformation programme within the public sector. This role will support delivery across a strategic platform focused on data-driven risk analysis, operational efficiency, and large-scale transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in driving Agile best practices, enabling high-performing teams, and ensuring successful delivery in a complex stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices
- Remove blockers and manage delivery impediments
- Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and story refinement
- Drive effective communication across teams and stakeholders
- Track Agile delivery metrics including velocity and burndown reporting
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
