We have partnered up with a global, leading digital & technology Consultancy who are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to act as a critical link between business and technology teams, you will use your expertise in software architecture and backend frameworks to translate business objectives into well-defined technical features that meet both client goals and user needs. This role is fully remote with occasional travel to either London, Glasgow, Manchester, or Newcastle.
This role cannot offer sponsorship and you must be eligible for SC Clearance.
As a Technical Business Analyst, You Will:
β Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions
Transform business requirements and objectives into actionable technical features and user stories, ensuring they shape the product roadmap and drive technical delivery effectively.
β Facilitate IT Delivery and DevOps Practices
Apply your knowledge of IT delivery frameworks and DevOps methodologies to enable smooth implementation of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring streamlined and efficient delivery.
β Perform System and Data Analysis
Conduct in-depth system and data analysis to uncover inefficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and support informed decision-making.
β Manage Product Roadmap and Backlog
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams to prioritise the product roadmap, refine the backlog, and resolve blockers, ensuring seamless progression throughout the development lifecycle.
Your Profile
You will bring the following skills and experience:
- Technical Design and Development Expertise β Proven experience contributing to the technical design and development of technology-driven solutions.
- Technical Writing and Documentation β Proficiency in working with technical architecture and delivering high-quality technical documentation.
- Data Analysis and Visualisation Skills β Strong analytical capabilities, including experience with data analysis, data modelling, and data visualisation tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI. Willingness to explore database schemas and perform data tasks such as cleaning, transformation, and aggregation.
Desirable Skills and Experience
While not essential, the following would be a plus:
- Sector Experience β Exposure to diverse sectors, including Public Sector, Utilities, Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Retail.
- Team and Operational Support β Experience contributing to internal team operations, such as recruitment, client development, line management, training delivery, and mentoring.
