Overview
We are looking for a talented Front End Developer with ServiceNow experience to join a 12-week Statement of Work engagement. This role blends modern Front End development with ServiceNow platform configuration and integration across enterprise tools.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, user-focused ServiceNow Front End solutions, including API-driven integrations into wider enterprise ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow Front End interfaces and user experiences
- Design and build API-driven integrations with enterprise tools (e.g. Jira)
- Work closely with architects and Back End developers to deliver scalable solutions
- Apply best practices across UI development, performance, and accessibility
- Configure and customise ServiceNow components (UI Builder, Service Portal, etc.)
- Ensure consistent UX across platforms and services
- Contribute to technical design and implementation decisions
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in Front End development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development/configuration
- Experience building ServiceNow UI components (Service Portal, UI Builder, etc.)
- Proven integration experience using REST APIs/web services
- Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (e.g. Jira, ITSM tools)
- Familiarity with modern Front End frameworks (React desirable)
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
