Overview
We are currently seeking experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architects to support a 12-week Statement of Work engagement. This is a fully remote opportunity working on enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and architecture design.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver enterprise-level architecture across the ServiceNow platform
- Lead architectural design, governance, and best practice alignment
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Provide expertise across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Ensure platform consistency, reusability, and adherence to architectural standards
- Support roadmap definition and long-term platform strategy
- Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks
Key Skills Experience
- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect/Enterprise Architect
- Proven track record in large-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities
