My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, offering fully remote working.
They are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to be part of a rapidly growing team, working within key projects assignments in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others).
We have a top end budget of £60k + £5k car allowance + disc bonus + fully remote working
Primary skills and experience required:
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums, with a deep understanding of the software development life cycle and traditional project management.
- Exceptional skills in communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Skilled in user story refinement, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities with product management and delivery teams; experience in training and mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings at various organizational levels, with a solid grasp of facilitation techniques.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with collaboration tools like Azure ADO, Jira, and Confluence.
- Capable of clear and concise documentation, and effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of mainstream technology solutions and modern architectural principles, including SOA.
- Proven experience with the software development life cycle, having played a key role in successful software delivery.
- Must possess a previous background in Software Development (any OO language or development vertical).
