We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background in Software/Web Development to join a leading digital consultancy. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, guiding and coaching teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Leadership: Guide and coach the scrum team on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Sprint Management: Oversee the Agile delivery, ensuring the scope and objectives are agreed upon with the wider team. Product Roadmap Support: Collaborate with the Product Owner team to develop and refine the product roadmap. Backlog Management: Manage the sprint backlog, monitoring the burndown and maintaining velocity. Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily Scrum, sprint planning and reviews.

Essential Skills & Experience

Development Background: At least Four years experience in a hands on Software/Web development or QA/Automation Test (Automation test/SDLC) role is ESSENTIAL (We unfortunately can\’t consider candidates without this background) Scrum Master Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I). Agile Experience: Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies. SC Eligibility: Must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC). Public Sector Experience: Experience with public sector projects and familiarity with the Government Design System (GDS) is a bonus but not essential.
