Location: London / WFM – based in our Liverpool Street office 2 days p/w

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission + leadership bonuses

Reports to: Managing Partner

Are you a senior SAP recruiter ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Division Lead to build and grow our SAP recruitment offering. You’ll play a hands-on role in business development, developing strategic client accounts across consulting firms, systems integrators, and enterprise clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to own your patch, build & lead a high-performing team, and make a real impact in a business that rewards ambition and results.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the SAP recruitment division, setting direction and delivering results
  • Winning new clients across the consulting and SI space
  • Developing existing accounts and growing client partnerships
  • Placing top SAP talent in contract and permanent roles (S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, SAP ABAP, SAP Project Management etc.)
  • Build and mentor a growing team of SAP recruiters
  • Working closely with leadership on strategic growth plans

We're looking for:

  • Proven SAP recruitment experience in an agency environment
  • A strong background in new business development and account growth
  • Confident relationship-builder with a consultative approach
  • Experience working with SIs, consultancies, or enterprise clients
  • Leadership experience or a clear ambition to step into it
