About the Role

Stealth IT Consulting is supporting a major global consultancy partner in growing their

Digital Trust & Cybersecurity practice .

This team focuses on helping organisations strengthen security, manage digital risk, and build secure-by-design cultures across large, complex environments.

We are looking for Cybersecurity professionals with strong consulting capability who can help clients enhance security maturity, modernise their capabilities, and embed secure business practices.

Locations

London, Manchester, Glasgow (expensed travel 1-2x per month)

SC required (or eligible)

Salary

  • £45k - £55k + benefits + career development
  • What You’ll Work On

You’ll contribute to or lead workstreams involving

  • Cybersecurity & risk transformation
  • Security strategy and roadmap development
  • Security assurance (ISO 27001, NIST, Cyber Essentials)
  • Security architecture design and assessment
  • Gen AI security and AI governance
  • Cyber maturity assessments & threat modelling
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Security culture & human risk initiatives
  • Operating model and governance enhancements
  • Stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and senior leadership

Depending on experience, you may act as a specialist SME, delivery consultant, or workstream manager guiding junior staff and client teams.

Skills & Experience Required

You should have experience in one or more areas such as

  • Security Architecture
  • Cybersecurity Governance
  • Risk Management
  • Security Engineering
  • SOC or Sec Ops environments
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Security Testing / Assessment
  • Security Assurance Frameworks
  • OT Security (desirable)

Other expectations

  • Understanding of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, NIS2, DORA etc.
  • Awareness of the security implications of emerging tech, including Gen AI
  • Relevant Cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISMP, CISSP, CISM, cloud certs etc.)
  • Consulting experience or consulting-style client interaction
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Ability to work within a matrixed, fast-paced delivery environment
  • 3 + years of Cybersecurity project experience
  • SC clearance (or eligibility) required
