The Opportunity
We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers across different levels to help design and build enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems across a variety of technology environments for a leading IT Consultancy who specialise in Digital Transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, working directly with stakeholders, and contributing to technical decision-making across the full software lifecycle. Although mentoring and technical leadership form part of the role, the position remains highly hands-on and delivery focused.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will:
- Design and develop scalable software solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Build secure, maintainable, and high-performing applications
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Influence architectural and engineering decisions
- Support and mentor other developers within the team
- Contribute throughout the full software delivery lifecycle
Skills & Experience
We are interested in engineers who can demonstrate:
- Strong full stack software engineering experience
- Solid understanding of software architecture and system design
- Experience working across multiple programming languages and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of typed backend languages such as Java, C#, Go, Rust, or C++
- Experience with modern front-end technologies
- Cloud platform exposure and modern engineering practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills with experience working in collaborative environments
- Experience leading technically while remaining hands-on is highly desirable.
