The Role

We’re hiring on behalf of our client for a Digital Business Analyst Consultant to join their growing Digital Factory community - a collaborative team focused on user-centred design, problem-solving, and the delivery of modern digital services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital transformation and Agile delivery, offering exposure to major UK clients and meaningful, large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in exploring and applying digital technologies and platforms.
  • Lead the translation of business requirements and user needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate within multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum teams across design, product, development, and testing.
  • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality digital products and services that provide real business value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in user-centred product or service development projects.
  • Hands-on Agile Scrum delivery experience, ideally within both public and private sectors.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA.
  • Understanding of technical concepts including APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
  • Cross-sector experience (Public Sector, Financial Services, Utilities, Consumer Products, Retail).
  • Experience supporting internal operations such as mentoring, recruitment, or training.
  • Familiarity with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
  • Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, or User-Centred Design.
