We’re expanding our Customer Transformation team and seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Marketing and Advertising Technology. This role is ideal for someone who brings strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a track record of delivering innovative marketing solutions in dynamic environments.
The Opportunity:
- Senior Consultant – Marketing Technology
- Up to £70,000 per annum + Additional Benefits
- Remote with occasional travel into London
- Must be London based

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and architect modern Marketing and Advertising Technology (MadTech) ecosystems tailored to strategic business goals.
- Lead assessments and transformations of clients' marketing technology stacks, driving improved ROI, engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Translate business objectives into actionable capabilities, aligning them with best-fit technical solutions.
- Guide enterprise organisations through the integration of AI into marketing strategies, from initial pilots to scaled implementation.
- Apply modern tech principles such as composable architecture, API-first design, and MACH methodologies.
- Provide strategic recommendations on platforms, tools, and implementation pathways across campaign management, customer data, and content ecosystems.
- Advise clients across a range of industries including Retail, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Technology, Utilities, Telco, and the Public Sector.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices across digital media, marketing automation, data integration, and content management.
Your Experience May Include:
- Prior consulting or agency experience with a focus on marketing and digital transformation.
- Expertise in full-stack MarTech and AdTech tools, particularly platforms from Google, Adobe, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms and orchestration tools such as Twilio, Tealium, ActionIQ, or Aprimo.
- Experience with campaign management platforms like Sprinklr, Braze, Eloqua, Hootsuite, or Klaviyo.
- Proficiency with ad-serving solutions like DV360, Amazon, Xandr, or Google SSP.
- Knowledge of web content and product management tools including Contentful, Salsify, Bynder, Aprimo, or Drupal.
