We are partnered with a leading consultancy client who are looking to hire Consultants & Senior Consultants focused on driving successful rollouts and transformations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with project teams including business analysts, technical architects, and consulting teams to help clients scope their future business models, build compelling cases for change, design and implement digital transformations, and drive successful rollouts and adoption.
YOUR PROFILE- Establish and operate PMO governance frameworks across portfolios, programmes and projects.
- Able to maintain and govern RAID logs with clear ownership, actions and escalation paths.
- Able to identify and manage complex dependencies across programs, vendors and business units.
- Produce accurate, transparent and evidence-based delivery reporting.
- Utilise modern tools and technologies such as PowerBI, PowerApps etc., to create specific reports to meet the different stakeholder needs.
- Able to do analysis and provide insights to stakeholders to make effective decisions.
- Able to interface with client stakeholders across a broad level (junior through to senior) to elicit, document and validate business requirements.
- Able to analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Able to manage and lead small project teams and interface with third party vendors to deliver discrete changes into production with good outcomes for the client.
- Able to architect a delivery solution using either Waterfall or Agile for specific features or supporting the delivery of one or more epics.
