Location: Hybrid (travel to Woking and London as required)

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and deliver a large-scale restructuring programme impacting up to 150 employees. The role will take full ownership of planning, governance, delivery, and execution of all HR-related activities, ensuring legal compliance, operational effectiveness, and a strong focus on employee experience throughout.

The successful candidate will work at pace, managing complex stakeholder environments while ensuring all consultation, redeployment, and exit processes are handled professionally, legally, and ethically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead end-to-end delivery of a restructuring programme across multiple business areas
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and governance structures
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery
    • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and steering committees
  • Redundancy & Consultation Management
    • Design and deliver collective consultation processes in line with employment legislation
