We are partnered with a leading digital innovation and consulting client who are currently hiring heavily across the UK with a particular focus on current Public Sector projects.
Within this role you will be the analytical backbone of Discovery and Alpha delivery across the project focused on change-turning policy and operational complexity into clear, testable options and delivery ready backlogs. Analysis must be rigorous, traceable and grounded in real operational constraints.
- Lead Discovery analysis: map end‐to‐end journeys, clarify constraints (legislation, contracts, legacy, dependencies), and frame the problem clearly.
- Maintain coherence across workstreams: identify duplication, gaps and dependency risks early.
- Structured analysis, facilitation and stakeholder management in complex programmes.
- Ability to translate policy intent and operational reality into user needs and prioritised backlogs.
- A "builder" mindset: coaching others, shaping team norms, and improving ways of working.
