My client is a leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with multiple office locations in the UK, providing a flexi working model (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).
Our client is looking to hire multiple Technical PM/PMO Senior Consultants to join a rapidly growing team, to help clients scope their future business models, build compelling cases for change, design and implement digital transformations, and drive successful rollouts and adoption. This is an AI centric role, where you will be expected to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, using AI to transform business capabilities and drive outcomes for clients.
Senior Consultant level budget: up to £70000 + disc bonus + full benefits + flexi working (option of remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel)
Primary requirements:
- Must be eligible for SC clearance
- Able to establish and operate PMO governance frameworks across portfolios, programmes and projects
- Able to maintain and govern RAID logs with clear ownership, actions and escalation paths
- Able to identify and manage complex dependencies across programs, vendors and business units
- Able to produce accurate, transparent and evidence-based delivery reporting
- Able to use modern tools and technologies such as PowerBI, PowerApps etc., to create specific reports to meet the different stakeholder needs
- Able to interface with client stakeholders across a broad level (junior through to senior) to elicit, document and validate business requirements
- Able to manage and lead small project teams and interface with third party vendors to deliver discrete changes into production with good outcomes for the client
- Able to architect a delivery solution using either Waterfall or Agile for specific features or supporting the delivery of one or more epics
- Able to leverage strong delivery expertise and translate this into opportunities to sell future Capgemini Invent work
- Able to lead end to end delivery of complex, AI enabled initiatives, with demonstrable impact on transforming business capabilities and delivering measurable client outcomes
- Preferably have a background within Consultancy and UK Central Government
- Candidates must be eligible or already possess active SC clearance and please note visa sponsorship is not available
