We are looking for a Senior IT PM to join a leading IT Consultancy on a permanent basis which will see you lead the delivery of large, complex IT and technology projects and programmes for public sector and other clients. You will be responsible for managing high-visibility deliveries across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to end-to-end delivery, ensuring successful outcomes in dynamic, multi-supplier and matrix environments.
You will provide strong leadership to multi-discipline and multi-supplier teams, foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver value and drive continuous improvement.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience delivering IT/technology projects and programmes at a senior level, ideally within large and complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and complex projects/programmes across the full project lifecycle and end-to-end delivery.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery practices, project/programme lifecycle management, and experience working in matrix and multi-supplier team environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in motivating and guiding multi-discipline and multi-supplier teams to achieve high performance.
- Experience managing projects/programmes in line with budget(s), ensuring accurate forecasting, value delivery, and effective change control.
- Demonstrate financial acumen.
