About the Role
We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong background in both backend and frontend development and a passion for Generative AI technologies. You will play a key role in building intelligent, scalable GenAI applications using technologies like LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, and modern cloud infrastructure.
You\’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to take AI-powered proof-of-concepts from idea to production, supporting a variety of clients and industries.
Responsibilities
- Build GenAI proof-of-concepts and intelligent agent applications using tools like LangChain , LangGraph , CrewAI , and Vercel AI SDK
- Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React + TypeScript and Python (FastAPI) or Node.js (Express)
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA using APIs and frameworks
- Deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS or Azure
- Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, ChromaDB, Qdrant) and traditional SQL/NoSQL systems
- Implement containerization and orchestration with Docker , Kubernetes , and Terraform
- Collaborate in agile delivery teams and mentor junior developers
- Contribute to internal innovation initiatives and client proposals
Requirements
- Must hold or be eligible for SC (Security Check) Clearance (typically requires 5+ years of UK residency)
- Strong experience in backend development using Python (FastAPI) or TypeScript (Express)
- Proficient in frontend development with React and TypeScript (Next.js or Vite)
- Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and LLMs
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with vector stores and monitoring tools like LangSmith or Langfuse
- Comfortable working in agile environments
- Minimum of
- Experience with people leadership/management
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL)
