We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with strong ServiceNow platform expertise to support the development and enhancement of enterprise-grade digital services within a complex transformation environment. The role combines modern Front End engineering practices with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Front End solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ServiceNow UI Frameworks, Service Portal, and modern web technologies.
  • Configure and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, widgets, and user experiences.
  • Develop API-driven integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms such as Jira and other third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with Back End developers, architects, and platform teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Apply best practices across Front End engineering, ServiceNow development, accessibility, and security.
  • Support integration design and implementation using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware technologies where required.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical reviews.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI, integration, and platform-related issues.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise governance standards.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer within ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with: ServiceNow Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS/modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and components.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise tools such as Jira and other external platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and complex enterprise environments.
