Key Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Lead architecture governance across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Design scalable, secure, and reusable platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Translate business and operational requirements into end-to-end technical architectures.
- Provide architectural leadership across ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, HRSD, IRM/GRC, CSM.
- Define integration architecture with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, APIs, and legacy applications.
- Establish governance frameworks, design standards, and best practices for the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with government and GDS standards.
- Support programme delivery teams through architecture reviews, technical assurance, and solution governance.
- Drive platform optimisation, standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to influence strategy.
