Location: Remote with occasional travel to client sites

Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum - DOE

Clearance: Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance, have 5 years UK residency, and the correct right to work status in the UK.

We are working with a leading IT Consultancy who are looking for generalist Product Managers across Consultant & Senior Consultant grades. This role would suit someone comfortable operating with ambiguity, balancing competing priorities and influencing senior stakeholders to drive decisions and outcomes.

You will play a key role in:

  • Owning product direction and supporting delivery from discovery through to implementation
  • Translating business priorities, customer needs and operational constraints into clear product outcomes
  • Managing complex stakeholder groups and confidently challenging where required to drive progress
  • Prioritising initiatives and making trade-off decisions across competing demands
  • Leading workshops and facilitating alignment across business and technical teams
  • Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, backlogs and success measures
  • Working closely with Design, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure solutions deliver value
  • Defining MVPs and iterative release approaches to maximise impact and reduce risk
  • Using data, insight and user feedback to continuously improve product performance

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience operating as a Product Manager across varied products, services or transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Comfortable working with senior leaders and navigating competing opinions and priorities
  • Demonstrated confidence making decisions in ambiguous or fast-moving environments
  • Experience balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery execution
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience creating roadmaps, prioritisation frameworks and measurable outcomes
  • User-focused mindset with commercial awareness
