A leading global consultancy are looking to onboard multiple Senior/Lead DevOps Consultants to support a growing portfolio of work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD and some experience within SRE. We are looking for DevOps Consultants that specialise more in roadmap development and strategy as opposed to hands-on DevOps Engineering.

Key skills:

  • Demonstrable experience as a DevOps Consultant (Strong client-facing and coaching experience)
  • Strong hybrid or multi-cloud experience
  • SRE experience – (Minimum an understanding of)
  • Eligibility for security clearance is essential

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, define, and implement tailored DevOps capabilities to drive innovation, increase agility, reduce costs, and improve time to market.
  • Transform the developer experience by modernising across four key dimensions: organisational culture, DevOps practices and processes, tooling, automation, architecture and design.
  • Optimise and extend the value of existing ITSM tools and frameworks to ensure seamless integration and maximise ROI.
  • Build actionable, future-ready roadmaps to enhance DevOps maturity and unlock new value through emerging technologies such as GenAI and Platform Product Management.
  • Partner with other parts of the organisation to co-create, design, and implement modern technologies, processes, and operating models to deliver impactful and sustainable change.
