We are partnered with a leading digital innovation and consulting client who are currently hiring heavily across the UK with a particular focus on current Public Sector projects. Across all roles we are looking for motivated, proactive individuals who are experts in effective prioritisation and self-management. High levels of self-awareness and evident soft skills will be key as we build teams that are greater than the sum of their parts.
Within this role you will be the analytical backbone of Discovery and Alpha delivery across the project focused on change-turning policy and operational complexity into clear, testable options and delivery ready backlogs. Analysis must be rigorous, traceable and grounded in real operational constraints.
Core responsibilities:- Lead Discovery analysis: map endâtoâend journeys, clarify constraints (legislation, contracts, legacy, dependencies), and frame the problem clearly.
- Produce Discovery outputs that enable decisions: problem statement, hypotheses, options assessment, success measures, and an evidence pack.
- Translate findings into Alpha backlogs: user stories, acceptance criteria, process models and service blueprints.
- Maintain coherence across workstreams: identify duplication, gaps and dependency risks early.
- Model and embed delivery culture: transparency, evidenceâled decisions, continuous improvement.
- Structured analysis, facilitation and stakeholder management in complex programmes.
- Ability to translate policy intent and operational reality into user needs and prioritised backlogs.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (product, design, engineering) in Discovery/Alpha.
- Strong written communication: concise reports, option papers, decision logs.
- A 'builder' mindset: coaching others, shaping team norms, and improving ways of working.
