Working with a leading IT Consultancy who are on the search for an Agile Delivery Manager. Salary up to £55,000 per annum + Additional benefits. Remote with occasional travel. Candidates must be eligible to go through SC Clearance. Please note no sponsorship will be provided for this role.
Role Overview
Join our Agile Delivery, Scrum, and Coaching capability within a dynamic and growing technology community. This role is part of a broader digital transformation team dedicated to fostering user-centred design, critical thinking, and innovative digital service creation. As an Agile Delivery and Coaching Specialist, you will contribute to transformational programmes, drive collaboration, and champion agile practices across various projects. This position integrates elements of Delivery Management, Scrum Mastery, and Agile Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Product Delivery
- Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Assess agile maturity within teams and organisations, guiding them toward continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership and Empowerment
- Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering an agile culture.
- Encourage transparency, inspection, and adaptation to drive efficiency.
- Guide teams in Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate agile ceremonies.
- Identify and resolve blockers to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.
- Agile Coaching
- Conduct Agile workshops and coaching sessions for teams and senior management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Delivery Management
- Manage the full scope of project delivery, from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate resources and ensure milestones are effectively achieved.
- Communication and Collaboration

Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Expertise in delivering multi-disciplinary products within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, etc.
- Ability to coach teams and individuals effectively, balancing leadership and self-management.
