  • Cisco DNA (Automation) - expert
  • Solarwinds (Monitoring) - expert
  • Cisco ISE (identity) - intermediate
  • Cisco Wireless and Firewall Management Center (FMC) - intermediate
  • LogicMonitor - desirable
  • Cisco ACI (Fabric) - expert
  • F5 proxies - desirable

Capabilities provided must have proven experience with Cisco technologies, including:

  • Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) using Firepower Management Console (FMC), with daily configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network security and policy management, working with authentication, authorization, policy enforcement, and troubleshooting daily
  • Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation and monitoring, with hands-on experience in daily configuration, administration, patching, upgrading, and overall network automation
  • Deep understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and hands-on experience with relevant industry-standard tools to diagnose, isolate, and resolve issues efficiently for network and security environments.
