We’re looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join us at Stealth IT Consulting, supporting our growing portfolio of central government and enterprise clients. This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with our sales team to source, engage, and manage high-quality contract candidates across a range of technology roles. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, collaborative environment where quality, pace, and candidate experience are key.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing high-quality contract candidates across tech and digital roles
- Managing the full candidate lifecycle (qualification → submission → interview → offer)
- Building and maintaining strong candidate networks
- Working closely with consultants to understand client requirements
- Delivering against tight timelines and niche requirements
- Ensuring a high standard of candidate experience throughout
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3+ years’ experience in contract recruitment (delivery or 180 role)
- Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn, job boards, networking)
- Experience working on multiple roles at pace
- Good understanding of the contract market
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting within technology or digital roles
- Exposure to public sector / government clients
- Knowledge of security-cleared environments
