Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams for resolution.
- Ensure adherence to testing best practices, coding standards, and quality processes.
- Provide regular updates on test progress, coverage, and risk.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and support test automation integration into build processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Active Security Clearance.
- Strong, commercial experience in automation testing using Java.
- Proven hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
- Solid experience using Cucumber / BDD frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of API testing tools and frameworks (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Government background.

- Experience within Government or large-scale enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
