My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with over 20+ office locations across the UK, offering a remote or hybrid working policy + ad hoc client site travel (Midlands or Sussex regions).
We are looking for multiple QA Automation Engineers (ranging from Senior to Tech Lead to Managing Consultant) to join our dynamic team building solutions for our public sector client. Working with us will mean delivering critical digital services from cradle to grave working on a variety of projects featuring high-performance cloud platforms using Java based languages and technologies, and on-premises traditional infrastructure.
Senior level budget: up to £65k + full benefits
Tech Lead level budget: £70k - £80k + full benefits
Managing Consultant level budget: £85k - £95k + disc bonus + full benefits
Primary requirements:
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
- Hands-on experience using and maintaining automated test frameworks in JAVA (e.g, Cucumber, JUnit, or similar)
- Knowledge of stubbing / mocking frameworks such as Wiremock
- Understanding of Non-Functional testing such as Performance, Security or Accessibility testing
- Experience / Understanding of Git or other version control systems
- Strong experience of iterative / incremental software delivery
- Hands on experience of all levels of the test automation pyramid
- Experienced in API testing and tools
- Experienced in Functional or System Testing
- Experience using project management tooling (e.g. JIRA)
- Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong problem-solving & collaborative skills
- Proactive, looks for areas of improvement
- Must be eligible for SC Clearance and please note, visa sponsorship is not available
