My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester and Glasgow providing a remote flexi working policy (option of remote first or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel when required).
We are looking for multiple Jnr-Mid level Agile Delivery, Scrum & Coaching Consultants to be part of a rapidly growing team, working within key projects assignments in Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among others). We have a top end budget of £55k + full benefits + flexi remote working (plus ad hoc client site travel).
Primary skills and experience required:- Must be eligible for SC Clearance
- Proven experience in undertaking roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in teams applying Agile principles. We welcome candidates from all sectors and markets from public sector organisations to start-ups.
- Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary products and working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery management and collaboration such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro etc.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead from the front and when to allow teams to self-manage.
- Strong stakeholder management & client engagement experience.
- Preferably coming from a consultancy and/or government background, with GDS (Government Digital Service) standard knowledge would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
