This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading global business and technology management consultancy who specialise in large scale digital transformations with clients spread across various industries including public sector, retail, utilities, and the energy sector. They are currently on the hunt for multiple Agile Delivery Managers, Scrum Masters, and Coaches to carry out a range of client facing Delivery and Coaching responsibilities/initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Product Delivery
- Lead and oversee product delivery using Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment with Agile values such as prioritising individuals and interactions over processes and tools.
- Assess Agile Maturity within teams and organisations, guiding them toward higher levels of efficiency and maturity while promoting core Scrum values—commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage.
- Team Leadership and Empowerment
- Provide leadership and empower cross-functional teams by cultivating a culture rooted in Agile principles.
- Support multidisciplinary teams using a matrix management approach, encouraging transparency, inspection, and adaptation—key pillars of Scrum.
- Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Guide teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies, embedding these practices into daily ceremonies and team interactions.
- Identify blockers and impediments, supporting teams and stakeholders to resolve them while reinforcing values such as respect and courage.
- Agile Coaching
- Facilitate Agile workshops for development and functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coach senior leadership to adopt Agile practices, fostering a culture of transparency and ensuring a top-down adoption of best practices.
- Delivery Management
- Manage the scope and lifecycle of client engagements, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Agile principles.
- Coordinate resources effectively, prepare teams for project kick-offs, and ensure successful completion of key milestones.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Support internal and external communication to enhance transparency and information flow, aligning with Agile values.
- Foster collaboration with Agile coaches and build a strong network of Agile advocates across the organisation.
- Driving Cultural Change
- Promote an Agile mindset within client organisations, ensuring teams stay aligned with industry best practices while embodying core Agile and Scrum values.
- Learning and Development
- Promote continuous learning and growth through individual and team coaching.
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends and evolving frameworks to bring fresh insights to the team.
- Contribute to organisational growth by supporting business and practice development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Salary and benefits:
Salary range up to £55,000 + benefits. Mainly remote with very minimal travel into either Glasgow, Manchester, Newcastle, or London.
Your Profile
- Proven experience in roles such as Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, with a solid understanding of Agile principles.
- Experience in delivering multidisciplinary products and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Miro.
- A demonstrated ability to coach teams and individuals, knowing when to lead and when to empower teams to self-manage.
- Ideally, you will have one or more Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Consultancy exposure or experience within energy, retail, public sector or utilities.
