Following continued growth and increasing client demand, we are looking for an experienced Account Executive to help expand our Talent Solutions, SoW & Technology Services offerings.

The Role

This is a true 360 business development and delivery role focused on winning, developing, and growing client relationships across multiple service lines. You will be responsible for securing and delivering contract recruitment opportunities, SoW engagements, Talent Incubation programmes, and broader Technology Services solutions. Working closely with senior client stakeholders, delivery teams, and consultants, you will help organisations solve complex resource and delivery challenges while driving significant revenue growth for the business. This opportunity is ideally suited to an ambitious Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Team Lead, Business Manager, or Technology Services Sales professional looking to operate in a highly entrepreneurial environment with substantial earning potential and a clear route into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales
    • Proactively identify, develop, and win new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
    • Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships across consultancies, systems integrators, government departments, defence organisations, and enterprise clients.
    • Drive revenue growth across multiple service offerings, including:
      • Contract Recruitment
      • Statement of Work (SoW) Solutions
      • Talent Incubation Services
      • Professional Services
      • Technology Consulting and Resource Provision
    • Lead commercial discussions, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract closure activities.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and business development targets.
  • Recruitment & Resource Provision
    • Own and lead the full 360 recruitment lifecycle across contract and interim technology opportunities.
    • Source, assess, and place high calibre professionals across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, UCD, Product, Agile Delivery, SAP, Cyber Security, Architecture, and Change & Transformation.
    • Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals and specialist contractors.
  • SoW & Technology Solutions
    • Work consultatively with clients to understand programme challenges and delivery requirements.
    • Shape and position Statement of Work and outcome based solutions that align with client objectives.
    • Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to build compelling client propositions.
    • Support the mobilisation and growth of successful SoW engagements.
  • Talent Incubation Services
    • Promote and develop Talent Incubation solutions that help clients build long term capability pipelines.
    • Work with client stakeholders to identify opportunities where emerging talent and workforce transformation solutions can add value.
    • Support the growth of strategic workforce partnerships and long term talent programmes.
  • Leadership & Team Contribution
    • Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing market knowledge and best practice.
    • Contribute to a collaborative, high performance culture.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Stealth iT Consulting in the market.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience within Digital and Technology recruitment, technology consulting sales, professional services sales, or workforce solutions.
  • Proven success within contract recruitment, SoW resource provision, managed services, consulting services, or technology solutions sales.
  • Strong business development capability with a track record of securing and growing client relationships.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following:
    • Contract Recruitment
    • Statement of Work Solutions
    • Professional Services
    • Managed Services
    • Talent Incubation Programmes
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities for growth across multiple service offerings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly driven to succeed.

Experience working within one or more of the following sectors:

  • Systems Integrators and Technology Consulting
  • Public Sector
  • Defence and Security

Familiarity with regulated environments and security cleared recruitment is advantageous.
