Requirements
- We need proven experience as a Performance Analyst, ideally within a government or public sector environment.
- We need a solid understanding of government service standards and delivery practices.
- We need the ability to design data frameworks and performance metrics, not just execute pre-defined queries.
- We need comfort working in a fast-paced, short-cycle delivery environment.
- We need strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business needs into data structures.
- We need the ability to context-switch effectively across multiple forms and workstreams.
- We require active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- We work as part of a multidisciplinary forms team using our in-house tool to rapidly develop digital forms that support customer-facing services.
- We help improve how the team uses data to shape and assess a full pipeline of digital forms.
- We work closely with a Senior PA leading the transformation of the wider Forms Landscape.
- We build data frameworks that let us track performance across the full forms journey.
- We explore data and connect it to wider operational metrics such as call volumes and case-working efficiency.
- We partner with stakeholders across the business to turn business needs into usable data structures.

We are hiring a Performance Analyst for a major public sector digital services team based in Telford, with two days per week onsite. This is a 6-month contract, with potential for extension, offered on a mandated PAYE basis inside IR35 at up to £400 per day. Our forms team operates in a high-impact, delivery-focused environment using technologies including Upscan, Kana, Scala, the GDS prototyping kit, and Legup. The role offers real delivery responsibility as well as room to experiment and innovate with data, helping us make data central to how we improve services across the organisation.
