We help improve how the team uses data to shape and assess a full pipeline of digital forms.
We work closely with a Senior PA leading the transformation of the wider Forms Landscape.
We build data frameworks that let us track performance across the full forms journey.
We explore data and connect it to wider operational metrics such as call volumes and case-working efficiency.
We partner with stakeholders across the business to turn business needs into usable data structures.
Technologies Support Scala Security More We are hiring a Performance Analyst for a major public sector digital services team based in Telford, with two days per week onsite.
This is a 6-month contract, with potential for extension, offered on a mandated PAYE basis inside IR35 at up to £400 per day.
Our forms team operates in a high-impact, delivery-focused environment using technologies including Upscan, Kana, Scala, the GDS prototyping kit, and Legup.
