A new long-term contract has just landed for an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support and enhance a live Oracle Fusion environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of BAU, optimisation, and hands-on configuration across HCM and Recruiting (ORC) modules.
Role Overview
You will work across Core HR, Talent, and ORC modules, supporting day-to-day operations while delivering improvements and enhancements within a live production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Core HR
- Employee lifecycle (onboarding – offboarding)
- Person Management & work relationships
- Positions, organisations & work schedules
- Journeys configuration
- Role & access management (Security Console)
- Transaction Console usage & troubleshooting
- Absence Management
- Absence plans, types & accrual configuration
- Diagnostics and issue resolution
- Candidate management & hiring flows
- Job requisitions
- Process configuration and optimisation
- Learning: courses, offerings, enrolments
- Performance: goals, checkpoints, review periods
Platform & Delivery Experience
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM (mandatory)
- End-to-end implementations / Path to Live
- Experience working in BAU support environments
- Quarterly Release familiarity
- Exposure to Redwood UI
- Working directly with Oracle Support (SRs, issue analysis, error investigation)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
- Strong ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) experience is highly desirable
- Comfortable working across change and BAU support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to own issues through to resolution
