The forms team uses an in-house tool to rapidly develop digital forms that support customer-facing services across a major public sector organisation. It's a multidisciplinary environment built around key technologies including Upscan, Kana, Scala, the GDS prototyping kit, and Legup.
We're looking for a Performance Analyst who wants to help a busy, high-impact delivery team improve how it uses data to shape and assess an always-full pipeline of digital forms. This is a role with real delivery commitments - but equally, real room to experiment and innovate with data. The ambition is simple: make data the beating heart of the team.
You'll work closely with a Senior PA leading the transformation of the wider Forms Landscape, and with stakeholders across the business to build the data frameworks that let us track performance across the whole forms journey - not just pull queries against a spec. These forms cover every business and customer process the organisation runs. Part of this role is exploring that data and understanding how it connects to wider operational metrics - call volumes, case-working efficiency, and more - to build a complete picture of performance.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Performance Analyst, ideally within a government or public sector environment
- Solid understanding of government service standards and delivery practices
- Ability to design data frameworks and performance metrics, not just execute pre-defined queries
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, short-cycle delivery environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate business needs into data structures
- Ability to context-switch effectively across multiple forms and workstreams
- Active SC Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one)
