Must Have Government & Lead Experience
- Extensive experience developing enterprise applications using Java.
- Strong expertise with Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in government or large-scale public sector environments.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
