The Role
- You will play a key role in delivering and shaping Microsoft Business Applications solutions, working closely with clients to drive adoption and tangible outcomes.
- Solution Delivery & Adoption
- Design and implement tailored Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
- Lead end-to-end LCNC delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and sustainability.
- Drive user adoption through structured engagement and change practices.
- Client Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead client workshops and meetings to define business and technical requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Agile Project Delivery
- Lead project planning and execution using Agile methodologies.
- Manage risks, timelines, and quality across the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure alignment between solution outcomes and strategic objectives.
- Innovation & Growth
- Apply innovation practices to design feasible, viable, and sustainable solutions.
- Stay informed on trends including Generative AI and Copilot within Microsoft ecosystems.

Your Profile
- Experience
- 3+ years experience in consulting or business advisory roles.
- Proven delivery experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Technical Expertise
- Certifications in Microsoft Business Applications (Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, Copilot preferred).
- Understanding of cloud architecture and integrations.
- Awareness of emerging technologies including Generative AI.
