We are a rapidly expanding global holding company acquiring and scaling B2B software companies worldwide, with a strong focus on the US and Europe. We are looking for a Product Manager as we enter the next chapter in our growth journey.
Role Overview:
You\’ll rotate through our portfolio of software companies, driving product development by leading hands-on and coaching teams.
You will spend time:
- Partnering with General Managers to develop product roadmaps that drive results
- Training both GMs and their teams on engineering collaboration, data-driven decisions, product thinking, and customer-centricity.
- Working closely with engineering teams to scope and deliver high-impact features.
- Setting up lean product processes that teams can follow well
- Building practical frameworks for customer research and product metrics
- Driving critical product initiatives hands-on while upskilling everyone involved

- Experience in Product Management, preferably with B2B SaaS products
- Proven experience leading full product development, including feature prioritization, user journey mapping, user testing, owning project management
- Authored detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and functional specifications
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working with technical teams and understanding complex systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to context-switch
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance user needs and business goals
- Incredible work ethic
