The Role
- Setting and reviewing product and engineering roadmaps across our portfolio companies
- Managing technical interventions and leading incident response for critical issues, serving as the escalation point and providing hands-on architectural guidance when needed
- Mentoring and developing engineering talent across multiple business units
- Establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and quality metrics while implementing effective change management during acquisitions and technology migrations
- Strategically allocating engineering resources across portfolio companies based on business priorities and partnering with recruiting to build high-performing teams
You’ll report directly to the founder and CTO with high ownership. This is a challenging job. You will need high intrinsic motivation, IQ, and EQ to succeed.
