About Us:
We are a rapidly expanding global holding company acquiring and scaling B2B software companies worldwide, with a strong focus on the US and Europe. We are looking for an Integration & Implementation Lead as we enter the next chapter in our growth journey.
Summary
As our Integration & Implementation Lead, you will own the onboarding of acquired companies to our tech and operations Platform. This is a highly collaborative role: you will interface with most of our internal functions (finance, operations, engineering) as well as the founders and teams of acquired companies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Rearchitecting and continuously optimizing our business integration process
- Effectively transitioning businesses from seller-led ownership once we acquire them
- Ensuring that every new business is successfully integrated into our Platform, collaborating with multiple functions such as Engineering, Finance, People
- Finalizing a 100-day plan, strategy, and budget for every incoming business
Essential Requirements
- Deep technical understanding with experience in product development, systems integration, or engineering team collaboration
- Track record of successfully leading complex integration or organizational transformation projects
- Deep understanding of key business functions including finance, technology, and operations
- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities, with experience working across multiple functions and leadership levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change in ambiguous situations
- Experience creating and implementing strategic plans and budgets
- Strong finance and analysis skills with the ability to evaluate operational costs and efficiency
