Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of P&L and operational metrics for portfolio companies, driving free cash flow (FCF) growth and sustainable performance.
  • Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and KPI implementation across all business functions.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align development priorities with strategic business goals.
  • Cultivate and manage key relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders, providing both strategic direction and hands-on problem-solving.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire global teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across diverse functions.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities, from go-to-market strategies to operational scaling.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in high-intensity business environments (consulting, startup operations, venture capital, or similar).
  • Strong financial analysis skills, with expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and P&L management.
  • Proven track record of independently owning and delivering projects with measurable results.
  • Experience leading remote/global teams and working across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships at an executive level, balancing strategic priorities and operational needs.
  • Background in, or strong, understanding of B2B software businesses and SaaS metrics.
